Before you write

A few things come up often enough that the answer is already written down. Credits, tiers and the daily cap are covered on the rewards page. Accounts, passwords and saved progress are in the help centre. And if a demo will not open, it is usually the provider's frame being blocked rather than your account — tell us which title and we will look.

One thing we will never ask you for, on this form or anywhere else, is payment details. There is nothing on this site to pay for. If a message claiming to be from us asks for card details, it is not from us.
