No. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. There is no withdrawal screen anywhere on this site, and no mechanism behind one. They are a progress marker, nothing else.

No. Your balance, tier, streak and achievements are saved to your account. Logging out only ends the session. Come back in a day or in a year and it is all where you left it.

We cannot reset it for you, and there is no reset email we can send — your account is kept in your browser's own storage rather than on our servers, so nobody here can read it or change it. If you cannot get back in, register again with the same email address. Be aware that a new account starts a fresh balance. The privacy page sets out exactly what is kept and where.

You have hit the daily earning cap. Playtime credits stop after 105 minutes each day and start again tomorrow. Check-ins, discovery bonuses, achievements and tier rewards are not affected by the cap, and you can keep playing as long as you like — the games do not stop, only the earning does.
