These terms govern your use of testdrivenwebsites.com. Using the site means accepting them. They are written to be read, so please do.

1. What this service is

TestDriven is a free social casino. Every game is a demo build supplied by its provider and runs in that provider's free-play mode. No real money is staked on any game, no game pays out anything of value, and no part of this site sells anything. This is not a gambling service and it is not a route to one.

The service is for people aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. User Accounts

A free account is required to access the games. You may browse the catalogue without one, but launching any demo title requires you to register and log in.

Registration is free and always will be. We ask for an email address, a username and a password. We do not ask for payment details at registration or at any point afterwards, because there is nothing on this platform to buy.

You are responsible for the security of your own credentials. Your account details and your progress are held in your browser's own storage rather than on our servers, which has a consequence worth understanding clearly: we cannot recover, reset, or restore an account for you. We cannot see your password, and we cannot send you a reset link. If your credentials are lost, or your browser data is cleared, the account and everything in it is gone permanently. The privacy policy explains what is stored in detail.

One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

3. Virtual Credits

Virtual credits are a free progress feature of this social casino platform. Credits are awarded only for free activity on the platform, such as daily check-ins, time spent playing demo games, achievements, and account tier progression.

Credits cannot be purchased. There is no way to buy credits, and we never request payment details. Credits cannot be sold, traded, transferred to another account, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value. Credits cannot be wagered — all games run in free demo mode only.

We may adjust earning rates, tier thresholds, achievement rewards and cosmetic costs as the platform develops. Because credits have no monetary value, no such change deprives you of anything of value. Rates in force are always the ones described on the rewards page.

4. Acceptable use

Credit balances obtained by manipulating the system may be reset. As credits carry no value, this is a housekeeping measure rather than a penalty.

5. Availability and third-party content

The demo games are hosted and served by their providers, not by us. If a provider changes, withdraws or breaks a title, it may stop working here and we may have to remove it. We do not guarantee that the service or any individual game will be available without interruption.

Game content, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply any partnership or endorsement beyond the provider's public demo distribution.

6. Liability

The platform is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the platform, from a game being unavailable, or from the loss of an account or a credit balance. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
